Do any e-Visa types need additional requirements?

Yes. To obtain an Umrah e-Visa applicants to meet certain criteria-

A Saudi Umrah e-Visa can only be applied for by Muslim tourists. A record of meningitis vaccinations issued no more than three years before the trip to Saudi Arabia and at least ten days before. A certification from a mosque or Islamic organization verifying the visitor's Muslim status is required if they have converted to Islam but do not have a Muslim name. Fathers, husbands, or other male family members (Mahram) must accompany women and children.

A woman's marriage certificate or the child's birth certificate with the names of both parents listed is required, moreover, the Mahram must board the same flight as his wife and children to enter and exit Saudi Arabia. If a woman over 45 gets an official document from her Mahram approving her to travel for Hajj with the specified group, she may do so without a Mahram.
